We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our local booking partners (hotels, airlines, guides) who lock in spaces months in advance.
1. Cancellation by the Guest
If you decide to cancel your tour, the following refund schedule applies based on the date we receive your written cancellation notice via email:
- 45 days or more prior to departure: 100% refund of the total tour cost.
- 30 to 44 days prior to departure: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
- Less than 30 days prior to departure: No refund (0% refund). We strongly advise purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against this eventuality.
2. Cancellation or Alteration by the Company
We rarely cancel tours, but if we must do so due to extreme weather, safety warnings, or natural disasters, you will receive a 100% refund of all payments made to us. Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule your trip to another date at no additional charge.
