By booking a travel tour package with us, you enter into a binding travel agreement and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking Contract & Payment Schedule

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance of 80% must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the tour departure date. If the balance is not received on time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

2. Client Responsibilities (Passports, Visas, and Health)

Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid travel documentation. Passports must have a minimum validity of 150 days from the entry date into Turkey. Clients must secure their own entry visas (or e-Visas) prior to departure. It is the traveler's duty to ensure they meet local health standards and purchase travel insurance.

3. Alterations to Itineraries

While we make every effort to follow the published itinerary, we reserve the right to alter schedules, flights, and hotels due to local weather, security conditions, or force majeure events. Equivalent quality accommodations will always be provided.
